Where to take the ferry from Naxos to Heraklion

You can take the ferry to Heraklion (Crete) from the port of Naxos in Chora. The port is located approximately 3.5 km from the island's airport.

To get to the port of Naxos, you can either take the local bus (KTEL) or a taxi. If you are already in Chora, you can reach the port on foot as it is within walking distance from the center.

Where does the ferry arrive in Heraklion?

The port of Heraklion is located about 2 km from the center of the city. Nearby you will find many cafés, restaurants and shops, as well as city landmarks. The regional bus station of Heraklion is located 700 m (a 10-min walk) from the port.
