Where to take the ferry from La Palma to La Gomera

You can travel by ferry to La Gomera from the port of Santa Cruz de La Palma, the capital of the island. The city is located on the east coast of La Palma, about 9 km from La Palma Airport.

Bus 500 regularly runs from the airport to the capital and the ride to the city's center takes about 30 min. There are also bus services connecting Santa Cruz de La Palma with the island's main towns. Alternatively, if you're travelling by car, from the south, take highway LP-2 toward Santa Cruz de La Palma, from the north, follow highway LP-1 and from the west (Los Llanos de Aridane), take highway LP-3 through the tunnel to reach the capital.

Where does the ferry arrive in La Gomera?

Ferries from La Palma normally arrive at the port of San Sebastián de La Gomera. This is the capital and main port of the island, located on its east coast.
