Zante Ferries is a Greek ferry company that has been active since 1991 and is based in Piraeus. The main goal of the company is to serve itineraries in the Cyclades and the islands of the North Aegean, with comfort and safety.

Zante Ferries serves 2 types of ferry routes: one between Piraeus and the Western and Southern Cyclades, and one between Alexandroupolis and the islands of the North Aegean. More specifically, there are ferry routes from Piraeus to Kythnos - Serifos - Sifnos - Milos - Kimolos - Folegandros - Sikinos - Ios - Santorini. From Alexandroupolis, there are itineraries to Samothrace and Lemnos.

The fleet of Zante Ferries consists of 2 conventional ferries, the Dionysios Solomos that operates the ferry line Piraeus - Cyclades, and Adamantios Korais that operates the ferry line Alexandroupoli - Samothrace - Lemnos. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We inform you about the 2020 trade policy in respect of tickets issuance for passengers and vehicles.

The current ticket discounts for passengers are the following (for all the classes except cabins): STU 50% (Student discount is valid only for Greek University students at deck class.

People with disabilities 50% **

CHI 50% (children from 6-10 years, also valid in cabins) and

INF 100% (infant for babies up to 5 years old)

Open tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue.

From 28/02/20 to 02/03/20, 15/04/20 to 21/04/20, 29/04/2020 to 03/05/2020, 05/06/2020 to

08/06/20, and 06/07/20 to 06/09/20, the following shall apply:

Ticket cancellations can be made up to 5 days before the departure of the ship. Tickets are canceled without cancellation fees or converted to an open date or other date.

From 5 days to 12 hours before departure there is 50% cancellation fee or tickets are converted for another date or on an open date.

For the rest of the period, the following applies:

Ticket cancellations can be made up to 3 days prior to departure. Tickets are canceled without cancellation fees or converted to an open date or other date.

From 3 days up to 2 hours prior to the departure of the ship, there is 50% cancellation fees or the tickets are converted into an open date.

For all periods after the departure of the ship the tickets are not canceled and are not converted to an open date unless the passenger can travel for reasons of force majeure and there is the relevant document confirming the event.

CAR Discount

Please be advised that the 50% discount for disabled people is applicable (AMEAV). We also remind you that for the better loading of the ship you choose the categories IX1 <4,25m or IX2> 4,25m and there is no fare difference.

In the case of a ticket loss, the passenger is required to buy a new ticket and then must declare in writing to the company the loss of the ticket stating the details of the old ticket and the new one. If the lost ticket is found not to have traveled within one month from the date of travel, passengers can issue a free of charge ticket or the ticket price will be refunded to the passenger.

From 3 days up to 2 hours prior to the departure of the ship, there is 50% cancellation fees or the tickets are converted into an open date.

For all periods after the departure of the ship the tickets are not canceled and are not converted to an open date unless the passenger can travel for reasons of force majeure and there is the relevant document confirming the event.
