• Day trips to the neighboring islands of Makronisi, Marathi, Strogyli and Agreloussa. Sea taxis and small boats depart from the port of Arkoi that do a scheduled tour that includes stops for swimming as well as lunch. 
• If you love hiking, you can take the trail to the mountain that is next to Chora. From the top you will enjoy the view of the Aegean from the most picturesque church of Arkoi, Panagia Pantanassa.
• Next to the church you can also find the ruins of the Castle of Arkoi, which dates from the 4th century BC. In antiquity this area used to be a settlement of the Achaeans.

On the 23rd of August takes place a big panigiri, a feast where you will have the opportunity to eat great local food, drink wine and dance traditional Greek dances.
