Traveling by ferry in Greece has never been easier! With the Blue Star Ferries e-ticket, you can avoid long queues at the ticket office, as well as the stress of arriving at the port hours before the ferry's departure.

How do I check in online with Blue Star Ferries?
After booking your ferry tickets with Ferryhopper, you have 2 options for checking in online:
- via the confirmation email we send you
- via the Ferryhopper app
Check in via the booking confirmation email
Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all details of your booking. Simply click on the "Check in online" link in the "Boarding process" section to download your e-ticket.
To check in online, you will need to fill in:
- the reservation code
- the access code
- the company code
After you successfully complete the Ferryhopper online check-in, you will receive your ferry tickets on your email or mobile device.
Important: the online check-in is available 48 to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your ferry.

Using our app already? Go to the "My trips" section and pick the ferry trip you want to check in for. After you complete your web check-in, you can get your Mobile Boarding Pass on your phone, which works as your ferry ticket(s).
If you haven't downloaded the Ferryhopper App yet, now is the time! Checking in via the Ferryhopper app is simple and allows you to travel in comfort and without stress.

Can I check-in online and pick up my ticket from the port of departure?
Of course you can! If for some reason you cannot receive your boarding pass on your smartphone, or your electronic device does not support the mobile boarding pass, you can pick up your ferry tickets from the official Blue Star Ferries ticket offices at the departure ports.
Please keep in mind that, in that case, you will need to arrive at the port earlier and receive your boarding pass on time.
Tip: sometimes your boarding pass can end up in spam, so before you panic, take a look there too!
