Trasmed Barcelona - Ibiza ferries are usually available all year round with up to 5 weekly crossings. The frequency of the departures depends on the season.
The ferry to Ibiza normally departs in the evening, around 21:45-22:00. The crossing is overnight and ferries arrive between 06:15 and 07:00.
The trip usually lasts 8.5-9 hours, with duration depending on the vessel and the crossing. Barcelona - Ibiza ferry prices (standard ticket) normally range between €14 and €60, depending on available offers and the season.
Note: the Barcelona - Ibiza route is often operated by GNV ferries in collaboration with Trasmed.

The ferry route from Valencia to Ibiza is operated by Trasmed all year round with up to 6 weekly crossings. The trip is usually overnight.
The ferry from Valencia normally departs in the evening at 22:00-22:30 (Monday-Friday) reaching the island at 03:30-05:15, depending on the crossing. On Sundays, the ferry usually leaves Valencia at 20:30 and arrives in Ibiza around 01:45.
The trip duration is 5-7 hours, depending on the crossing and the day of the week. For example, crossings that are served on Fridays and Sundays usually last 5-5.5 hours, while crossings between Monday and Thursday usually take 6 hours 45 minutes.
Tickets for the Valencia - Ibiza ferry start at around €19 and can go up to €90. Prices vary depending on the crossing, the season and any available offers.

The Mallorca (Palma) - Ibiza ferry connection is normally served all year round by Trasmed, with up to 1-3 weekly crossings depending on the season.
Morning ferries to Ibiza depart from Palma de Mallorca around 10:00-11:00 (on Mondays and Saturdays), while there is also an evening crossing on Sundays usually scheduled for 20:00. The trip between the two islands normally lasts 3.5-4 hours, depending on the crossing.

Can I bring my pet on the ferry to Ibiza?
Yes, you can travel with your pet on Trasmed ferries to Ibiza, as long as you book a ticket for them and pay a small fee of around €14.
You can keep your pet by your side during the trip on the outdoor decks and in the indoor areas, as long as it is on a lead. Note that, in the seating area, your pet can travel in a carrier as long as it weighs up to 8 kg (including the carrier). Alternatively, you can book a comfortable and safe pet-friendly cabin, or a kennel.
Note: at the moment, it is not possible to book a ticket for your pet for some Trasmed Ibiza routes on Ferryhopper. However, we are working on implementing this feature in the near future.
Is there a ferry from Ibiza to Menorca?
For the time being, there is no direct ferry connection between the islands of Ibiza and Menorca in the Balearics. To reach Menorca from Ibiza, you need to head to Barcelona first and catch a ferry to Menorca from there.
